A three-stage crushing and washing plant on the Chennai–Tirupati corridor
Crushed stone and M-Sand are dispatched today from our Perindesam crusher and partner crushers in the same belt. A 250 TPH three-stage Hailstone crushing and sand-washing plant (grizzly, jaw, cone, VSI, 4-deck screens, sand washer, 3,000 t stockpile) is being set up at Perindesam; commercial operations are planned for 2027.
Raw material
Raw material is arranged from the Perindesam granite deposit in Tirupati district through our group company's long-term raw-material arrangements (two adjoining 4.996 ha quarry blocks applied for 30-year terms, approvals in process) and a three-year boulder supply agreement with an operating quarry on the same deposit.
Source approval
Rock from the same Perindesam deposit has been source-approved by the supervision consultant for GSB, WMM and bituminous works on the Chennai Peripheral Ring Road (December 2025).
Quality
Produced to IS 383:2016 gradings (M-Sand Zone II, P-Sand to IS 1542, GSB/WMM to MoRTH Section 400). Gradation, silt, crushing value and flakiness are tested through accredited third-party laboratories; certificates accompany every bulk contract.
Dispatch
Dispatch by a contracted fleet of 10-wheeler tippers (16–20 MT loads) scheduled from the weighbridge; loading measured in minutes. Up to about 3,600 tonnes a day on two shifts at full working — some 90 truck loads — with a 3,000 t ground stock for peak pours.
Papers
Every load leaves with a weighbridge slip, GST tax invoice (HSN 2517, 5%), AP e-transit pass and e-way bill where applicable — papers that pass any gate they meet.
Stock yards
River sand, TMT bars, blocks and bricks are held at six yards: Madhavaram, Uthukottai, Vengal Koot Road, Sathyavedu, Kavaraipettai Main Road and Manellore SIPCOT. Factory-direct wholesale prices — usually lower than retail dealers; final price negotiable on quantity. Yards and map

Dust suppression on haul roads, water recycled through the washer thickener, avenue plantation committed around the works, and progressive reclamation planned into the mining scheme.
GSB supplied for our approach road passed the density tests first time. Gradation was exactly as per our specification sheet. Their team even arranged night-time delivery for our traffic window.
40mm ballast supplied for our foundation piling and PCC work. Stone is hard granite with very few flakes. Being close to their quarry at Perindesam, our transport cost also came down noticeably.
Ordered 12 loads of 20mm blue metal for our RCC work in Chennai. Consistent sizing, clean material and every load dispatched on the promised slot. Weighbridge slips matched the billed tonnage on all deliveries.
