Prices

Rates shown on this website are indicative ex-works (gate) rates per metric tonne at the Perindesam works, exclusive of royalty and statutory levies, transport and GST, and subject to change without notice. Delivered-cost estimates produced by the calculator are indicative only and do not constitute an offer. Binding prices are those in a written quotation, valid for the period stated in it.

Quantities and weighment

Material is sold by weight as recorded on the works weighbridge (or another agreed weighbridge). Unit (100 cft) and load equivalents are approximate. The weighbridge slip issued with each load is the record of quantity.

Royalty, GST and documents

Royalty, District Mineral Foundation and other statutory levies are charged at actuals and itemised. GST at the applicable rate (currently 5% under HSN 2517) is added. Each consignment carries a tax invoice, weighbridge slip, mineral transit pass and, where required, an e-way bill. The buyer is responsible for any permission needed to receive material at the site.

Transport and delivery

Transport is quoted per order and depends on distance, route, vehicle and site access. Delivery times are estimates; we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, check-post inspections or restrictions on heavy-vehicle movement. The buyer must provide safe, accessible unloading; waiting beyond one hour and any return trips may be charged.

Quality

Materials are supplied to the grading and specification stated in the quotation (IS 383:2016, IS 1542, MoRTH Section 400 as applicable). Claims about quantity or quality must be raised before unloading or, for grading, within 24 hours of delivery with the retained sample available; our liability is limited to replacement of non-conforming material or credit for its invoiced value.

Returns

Bulk aggregates are sold by weighbridge weight for a specific order and are not returnable once dispatched or unloaded; there is no change-of-mind return. Material that does not conform to the quoted grading or specification is replaced or credited under the Quality clause above, provided the claim is raised within the time stated there.

Payment

Unless agreed in writing, payment is due before dispatch. Credit facilities are subject to a written limit and may be suspended when the limit is reached or invoices are overdue. Interest may be charged on overdue amounts as permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Tiruvallur, Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any arbitration clause in a signed supply agreement.
