Supplying gated industrial and port projects
Work inside a port, a Special Economic Zone or a large industrial park runs on documentation and schedule discipline. Gate entry, contractor billing and client audits all depend on each load arriving with correct papers and correct weight. M&B Chetty's crusher works at Perindesam Village sits on the Chennai–Tirupati corridor, close to the industrial and port belt of northern Tamil Nadu and southern Andhra, which makes it a natural source for contractors building warehouses, factories, hardstands and civil packages in these zones.
Materials for industrial and port civil work
- Structural concrete aggregate — 20mm and 12mm blue metal for foundations, floors and structures.
- Manufactured sand — washed IS 383 Zone II M-Sand for concrete, with P-Sand for finishes.
- Pavements and hardstands — GSB to MoRTH 401 and WMM/WBM for internal roads, yards and heavy hardstands.
- Mass concrete and fill — 40mm and 53mm for mass work and sub-base, with crusher dust for compacted fill.
Documentation for compliance-driven sites
SEZ and port contractors are audited hard, so every load from us carries a GST invoice (HSN 2517; IGST 5% for AP-to-TN supply), a weighbridge slip proving dispatched tonnage, and e-transit / transit papers for the movement. AP royalty — seigniorage, DMF and MERIT — is itemised at actuals rather than lumped in. Where a project's quality plan calls for it, we can align dispatches with material test data so your quality file holds up. Clean, complete papers also smooth gate entry at controlled zones.
Bulk scheduling for industrial programmes
We dispatch in 16–20 MT tipper loads (10-wheeler) with a minimum of one full tipper load per material, and plan supply against your civil programme — footings this week, pavement layers next. Give us the grade split and site window and we schedule around it. During ramp-up we transparently supplement with partner-crusher material to cover peak demand, always disclosed so your records stay honest.
Close to the zones you build in
Our corridor location keeps us near Sri City / Tada, Minjur / Kattupalli, Gummidipoondi, Puduvoyal, Athipattu and Kavaraipettai. For port and SEZ work, a supplier on your delivery corridor means shorter haul, steadier turnaround and a single accountable name behind every invoice and weighbridge slip.
