Consistency drives yield in a block factory
Paver blocks, hollow and solid blocks, kerb stones and small precast elements are made in high volume on tight cycles. Your finish, your strength and your reject rate all depend on the fine aggregate and small chips staying consistent from batch to batch. Variable, dirty material means variable blocks. We supply from our crusher at Perindesam Village and partner crushers in the same belt on the Chennai–Tirupati corridor, so the fine fractions feeding your machine come from known crushers on one corridor.
Materials for precast and paver production
- 6mm chips — 6mm blue metal as the small coarse fraction for pavers, kerbs and thin precast sections.
- Crusher dust — crusher dust as fine aggregate for the block mix and for the base/backing layer in paver production.
- M-Sand — washed IS 383 Zone II M-Sand for the face mix and for higher-strength precast elements.
- Larger coarse aggregate — 12mm blue metal where heavier precast sections need a larger fraction.
Why the fine fractions matter most here
Unlike a poured slab, a dry-cast paver or block relies on a well-controlled combination of dust, sand and small chips to compact under vibration and hold shape as it demoulds. Consistent gradation and controlled fines in the dust and washed M-Sand help your operators keep the water content, vibration time and cycle steady — which protects both your finish and your throughput. That is why block units value a consistent source over a rotating set of suppliers.
Bulk supply and clean records
We dispatch in 16–20 MT tipper loads (10-wheeler), with a minimum of one full tipper load per material, and can schedule regular deliveries so your factory bins never run dry mid-shift. Every load carries a GST invoice (HSN 2517; IGST 5% on AP-to-TN supply), a weighbridge slip and e-transit / transit papers, with AP royalty itemised at actuals — clean input records for a manufacturing unit's accounts. During ramp-up we may supplement with disclosed partner-crusher material to hold your schedule; it is always stated openly.
Delivery to industrial and block-making areas
Block and precast units across Gummidipoondi, Ambattur, Sriperumbudur, Kavaraipettai and Red Hills / Madhavaram draw from the same works. Ordering from a nearby crusher keeps your per-unit material cost stable and your supply steady, which matters when a machine is running all day.
