Consistency is the whole job for ready-mix
Ready-mix concrete plants need fine and coarse aggregate that behaves the same load after load. A shifting fineness modulus in the sand, or dirty coarse aggregate, forces your operators to keep re-chasing slump and admixture dosage — which eats margin and puts placed concrete at risk. We supply from our crusher at Perindesam Village and partner crushers in the same belt on the Chennai–Tirupati corridor, so the material feeding your bins comes from known crushers on one corridor rather than a rotating cast of pits.
What we supply to batching plants
- Washed M-Sand, IS 383 Zone II — our manufactured sand is washed to control silt and fines, giving a workable, repeatable fine aggregate for structural mixes.
- 20mm coarse aggregate — 20mm blue metal as the primary structural coarse fraction.
- 12mm coarse aggregate — 12mm blue metal for well-graded, pumpable mixes and slabs.
- 6mm chips — 6mm blue metal where a finer top-up improves grading and finish.
Why gradation control matters for your mix design
Because the fine aggregate is washed and produced to Zone II, your mix designer works from a stable fineness modulus and a controlled fines content. That translates into steadier water demand, more predictable admixture behaviour, and fewer batch-to-batch corrections at the plant. Combining our 20mm and 12mm fractions lets you build a well-graded combined curve for pumpable, cohesive concrete without over-sanding.
Bulk supply that keeps your silos fed
We dispatch in 16–20 MT tipper loads (10-wheeler), with a minimum of one full tipper load per material, and can run scheduled deliveries so your aggregate and sand stocks stay ahead of production. Every load carries a GST invoice (HSN 2517; IGST 5% on AP-to-TN supply), a weighbridge slip proving the tonnage received, and e-transit / transit papers — clean records for your own quality and purchase systems. AP royalty is itemised at actuals. During ramp-up we may supplement with disclosed partner-crusher material to hold your schedule; it is always stated openly.
Delivery across the Chennai concrete belt
Plants across Chennai, Ambattur, Sriperumbudur, Red Hills / Madhavaram and the Gummidipoondi industrial corridor draw from the same works. Ordering from a crusher on your delivery corridor shortens haul and keeps tipper turnaround predictable, which matters when a plant is pouring through the day.
