Layer-by-layer material for road construction
Road and highway contractors need materials that meet a specification, not just "stone." A granular sub-base has to sit inside its grading envelope; a wet-mix macadam base has to compact and interlock; the coarse fractions above have to be sound and correctly sized. We supply the graded road materials that infrastructure and rural-road contractors specify, from our crusher at Perindesam Village and partner crushers in the same belt on the Chennai–Tirupati state-highway corridor.
Road materials we supply
- GSB (Granular Sub-Base) — GSB graded to MoRTH Section 401 for the sub-base layer, produced to sit inside the specified grading envelope.
- WMM / WBM — wet-mix macadam and water-bound macadam aggregate for base-course construction.
- 40mm aggregate — 40mm blue metal for base layers, PCC and mass work.
- 53mm aggregate — 53mm blue metal for the coarsest sub-base and heavy fill applications.
- Structural coarse aggregate — 20mm and 12mm for structures, culverts and drains along the alignment.
- Fill and shoulders — crusher dust for compacted fill, shoulder and bedding work.
Grading to MoRTH specification
Our GSB is produced with MoRTH 401 grading in mind, and our WMM/WBM aggregate is sized for base-course construction. Because it comes from our Perindesam crusher and partner crushers in the same belt, the gradation is controllable rather than whatever a random pit happened to yield that day. That matters when your quality engineer is checking layers against the specified envelope before the next layer goes down.
Bulk tonnage and documentation
Road jobs move earth and stone by the thousand tonnes, so we dispatch in 16–20 MT tipper loads (10-wheeler) with a minimum of one full tipper load per material, scheduled against your layer programme. Each load carries a GST invoice (HSN 2517; IGST 5% AP-to-TN), a weighbridge slip for accurate quantity measurement, and e-transit / transit papers — the records you need for measurement books and client billing. AP royalty is itemised at actuals. During ramp-up, partner-crusher material may supplement supply and is always disclosed.
Delivery along the corridor
Being on the Chennai–Tirupati corridor keeps us close to road and highway work across Tirupati–Srikalahasti, Sri City / Tada, Gummidipoondi, Periyapalayam–Uthukottai and Thatchur. Sourcing from a works on your alignment corridor cuts haul distance and keeps supply steady across long, linear jobs.
