1. Work out the quantity in tonnes
We sell aggregates and sand by weighbridge tonne, so start there. One unit (100 cft) is about 4.1–5 MT depending on the material, and a 10-wheeler carries 16–20 MT.
- Whole house: about 93 MT of jalli and sand per 1,000 sq ft.
- One slab: about 15 MT of 20mm and 8 MT of M-Sand per 1,000 sq ft at 5 inches.
- Plaster: about 0.2 MT of P-Sand per 100 sq ft at 12 mm.
- Plot filling: about 60 MT of crusher dust per 1,000 sq ft per foot.
2. Send the request
Use the quote form, WhatsApp or call +91 90039 03003. The sales desk calls back within 15 minutes during desk hours.
- Item and grade: for example 20mm jalli, Zone II M-Sand, 6-inch solid blocks, Fe 500D 12 mm.
- Quantity: MT for sand and jalli; pieces, rods or tonnes for stock items.
- Site location: area, PIN and a landmark or map pin.
- Date: the day you need it and, for slabs, the pour date.
- Access: road width, gate width and anything overhead.
3. Read the delivered quote
For our own aggregates and sand the quote has four lines: ex-works rate, royalty at actuals, transport to your site and 5% GST. Stock items (river sand, TMT bars, blocks, bricks) are priced from the nearest yard that holds them, in their own unit; river sand travels only with a valid transit permit.
| Area | Blue Metal 20mm delivered / MT | M-Sand delivered / MT | Distance | Truck time | Quote |

| Gummidipoondi | ~₹919 | ~₹971 | ~82 km | 2.5–3 h | |
| Ponneri | ~₹919 | ~₹971 | ~85 km | 3 h | |
| Avadi | ~₹1,024 | ~₹1,076 | ~89 km | 3 h | |
| Chennai | ~₹1,097 | ~₹1,150 | ~90 km | 3–3.5 h |
4. Confirm and book the slot
- Book 24–48 hours ahead so the load is scheduled against your pour.
- Retail and spot orders are paid before dispatch; established buyers can apply for credit terms.
- Loaded-truck time from the works: about 2–2.5 h to Tiruvallur, 2.5–3 h to Gummidipoondi and 3–3.5 h to North Chennai, traffic permitting.
5. Get the site ready
- Access: trucks in India can be up to 2.6 m wide, so a gate or lane narrower than about 3 m is a problem. Tell us in advance.
- Firm ground: a loaded 10-wheeler weighs around 28 tonnes. Keep it off septic tanks, sumps, fresh fill and soft verges.
- Headroom: the tipper body rises well above the cab when it tips. Check for power lines and branches over the tipping spot.
- Heap space: 18 MT of jalli is about 11–12 m³, and of M-Sand about 11 m³. Tipped in one heap that needs a clear patch of about 5 × 5 m; on a narrow plot the driver can spread it while moving.
- Clean base: tip sand and jalli on a hard patch or a tarpaulin, apart from each other, so mud stays out of the mix.
- Timing: inside Chennai city heavy vehicles are restricted on some roads in the daytime, so central-city sites are usually served at night. Port and industrial gates have their own entry windows. Your area page lists the local notes we have.

6. When the truck arrives
- Match the vehicle number to the slip and the invoice.
- Read the net weight on the weighbridge slip.
- Look at and rub the material (checks 1–4 in our quality guide).
- Then let it tip. Unloading normally takes minutes; our delivered prices assume the truck is unloaded within 1 hour of arrival, and longer waits can be charged as detention.
- Photograph the slip and keep the invoice; registered buyers need it for input tax credit.
Bricks, blocks and TMT bundles are unloaded differently from a tipper. Ask at booking how they will be unloaded and whether labour is included.
7. After unloading
- Keep a sample of each sand load until the slab or plaster is done.
- Cover sand heaps in wind and rain; keep jalli clear of mud.
- Order the next stage's loads two days before you need them.
