About Kannapalayam
Kannapalayam is a census town on the southern side of Avadi, west of Paruthipattu and north of Parivakkam, reached by the Melpakkam–Kannapalayam road and served by Avadi's Kamarajnagar post office. Its village panchayat is one of 17 named in the January 2025 order for merger into Avadi City Municipal Corporation.
